★This SIMPLE yet POWERFUL application allows you to add Quick Setting tiles of your favorite IMs and other chat applications to start a new chat from whatever application you are in without needing to manually minimize the application and opening the desired chat application from launcher.
Follow these steps to effectively use this app:
1.
Swipe down notification panel using 2 fingers or swipe down notification panel twice to see Quick Toggles UI.2.
Click on Three Dots Menu Button on Top Right Corner and select edit (some android ROMS may have a Pencil(
✎) icon for edit mode, click on that).3.
Swipe all the way down too see extra quick toggles.4.
Press and Hold 'WhatsApp | New Message' icon and drag to desired position in quick toggles UI.5.
Click on save to save the changes made.6.

★ Notes:
★1.
Telegram does not provides direct access to new chat API, thus you can only start chats with active contacts.2.
OnePlus 3/3T users with OxygenOS 4.0+ requires a workaround to make this app perform the task.
